The target audience of the network’s activities is Ottawa’s vulnerable population, and particularly – but not exclusively – low-income citizens. Some of these groups are:
- The homeless
- Youth
- Immigrants
- Persons with mental illness
- Seniors
- Women (single parents, in shelters, etc.)
The network does not think that financial literacy level as being “THE” simple and only solution to help eradicate poverty, but a key component, in order to solve a very complex social issue.
